At Make Your Own Bag, we provide digital guidebooks and downloadable learning materials for creating handmade mesh bags. All products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

7-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You did not receive your digital download.

• The files are corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

• You were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order.

• A technical issue on our end prevents access to your product.

Refund requests are reviewed based on these conditions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.

• Not using or downloading the files.

• Personal preferences regarding the content or design.

• Purchasing by mistake without reviewing the product details.

• Difficulty with crafting techniques or your learning pace.

How to Request a Refund

Contact makeurownbag@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. Attach screenshots if they help explain the problem.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours and will work with you to resolve the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
